Chika Akaeze is a business development and growth strategist with over a decade of experience driving revenue, partnerships, and market expansion across emerging African markets. He specializes in designing and executing go-to-market strategies, fostering high-profit trade partnerships, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. Chika has a proven track record in revenue acquisition, customer relationship management, and user growth, with hands-on experience in business analysis and product delivery, including contributions to Salesforce MVP implementations. His expertise spans growth marketing, business model validation, and strategic consulting, helping organizations scale effectively while capturing market share. In his current role as Head of Partnerships & Merchant Acquiring at Interswitch Group, Chika continues to leverage his experience to unlock new business opportunities, accelerate adoption, and create sustainable growth across Africa. He is also a career coach and public speaker, sharing insights on leadership, team building, and commercial strategy to empower professionals and businesses alike.

Lanre is a career Sales/Marketing professional whose experience has spanned close to 3 decades in the FMCG, Banking and Telecommunications, Information Technology and lately Edtech sector. He has thrived in intellectually stimulating and dynamic work environments that have ensured growth and development. His career started in the sales and marketing of photographic equipments and chemicals with Fototek Industries Limited. He later on moved into Banking where he excelled in the two banks where he worked – NNB International Bank and pioneer Marketing Staff of Guardian Express Bank, Jos. His foray into telecommunications began as Corporate Sales Consultant for Vmobile Nigeria (now Airtel Nigeria), rapidly rising to the position of Manager, Corporate Sales (North) and later Head, Commercial Division, North East Region. He later moved on Globacom Limited as Cluster Head (North East Region) and subsequently elevated to National Head, Hotels, Food & Beverages Sector of the Corporate Sales department. He was later redeployed as National Head for International Organisations and Embassies and recently as Head, Manufacturing and HFB sector. He further worked as Regional Head, Corporate Solutions for Globacom from where he moved to HP Inc where he worked as Enterprise Manager, Central Africa. Olanrewaju’s experience in the telecommunications industry has given him the opportunity of successfully managing Zain Nigeria and Globacom’s business in various capacities across the country, leading teams to achieve higher performances and results. He worked at HP as Enterprise Sales Manager, Central Africa and as Channel Manager, Africa at Classera. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the prestigious University of Ibadan – 1995, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and also an MSc Economics from the University of Jos. He also has a Doctorate in Business Admiistration (DBA) from the Swiss Management Centre. Married with two children, He loves to Read, Play golf and Travel. He has trained extensively on Organisational Behaviour, Business Branding, Customer Service, Strategy, Leadership, Sales Techniques and Entrepreneurship.

Temitope Babatunde Ekundayo is a technology and growth strategist with over a decade of experience helping startups and established companies scale across Africa. As CEO of Endava Interactive and Co-Founder of Getequity, he specializes in designing and executing marketing, growth, sales, and customer experience strategies that drive measurable business impact. Temitope’s career spans technology, consulting, advertising, marketing, telecommunications, social impact, and print production, giving him a unique perspective on how to define effective channels, scale operations, and accelerate revenue growth. He runs a consultancy dedicated to supporting SMBs, providing end-to-end solutions in go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, business development, and marketing—leveraging lessons from his experience building and scaling organizations across the continent. Passionate about the technology ecosystem, design, and creativity, Temitope also applies his expertise in brand and event management, collaborating with talented teams to bring bold visions to life. He thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and innovation, helping businesses turn ideas into growth and impact.

Napa Onwusah is an accomplished technology and business leader with more than two decades of experience across some of the world’s most influential organizations, including Amazon Web Services, Google, Visa, Nokia, Microsoft, SAP, and Cisco. His career reflects a deep commitment to shaping innovation, driving commercial impact, and enabling organizations to scale with clarity and purpose. Napa works at the intersection of technology, strategy, and human-centered leadership. He partners closely with non-technical founders to translate ideas into market-ready products and supports startups and enterprises in accelerating revenue, strengthening go-to-market execution, and navigating the complexities of growth. His approach is grounded in integrity, humility, kindness, and empathy—principles that guide both his leadership and the teams he influences.
